Ricardo is Counsel at FX Legal. He focuses his practice on corporate law, complex transactions, technology, and infrastructure, positioning himself as a trusted advisor to startups, venture capital funds, and companies developing Artificial Intelligence–based solutions.
With a decade of experience, Ricardo has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, joint venture structuring, and strategic technology contracting. He has also advised clients in obtaining administrative permits and negotiating public works and infrastructure project contracts.
Before joining FX Legal, Ricardo worked at Echeverría · Ilharreborde · Scagliotti (2021–2024) and at CMS Carey & Allende (2014–2021), where he gained a comprehensive perspective on the legal needs of high-growth local and international companies.
